Rapido HO 102003 Easy-Peasy Passenger Car Lighting Set

I bought a few of these to try. Overall I'm quite pleased with them. They fit into the roof area of a passenger car, and turn on/off by waving the magnet over one end of the light board. It can be a little difficult sometimes to find just the right spot for the magnetic switch, so maybe develop a somewhat standard positioning for them--which end of the car, how far in from the end, etc. Batteries should last a long time, but it's too soon for me to tell. You can experiment with placement, too. Example: line the roof with reflective foil, and position the lights facing up, instead of down, to diffuse the light more across the inside of the coach. Or, in something like a sleeper, position the light bar over the hallway but not the rooms. Etc. Overall, a good product and good purchase. Much easier than adding electrical wipers to the wheels, wiring through the car, etc.
