I am not new to model railroading. I started ad the age of 15 with an HO starter kit. But after finding about the N scale at a Hobby Shop I made the switch. Then everythig exploded. I have a collection of newer HO, On30 and even O 2 rail. once again I am going back to N scale with the magnificent convenience of KATO Unitrack. At my age I am determined to approach the T-Trak revolution.
Runs well, sings with a nice voice. Smooth transaction, excellent packaging, good value.

Nice car but it arrived broken. It was loose in its plastic case. A stirrup was broken as well as one of the body mount couplers which I cannot repair. Will have to do as a static display.

Excellent add to my N gauge town main street. These are excellent kits that build into highly detailled structures. I found that Warpaint "Oak Brown" acrilic color makes for excellentbrick shade and Army Painter "Skeleton Bone" compliments all concrete window sill coloration, which compliments each other.
So tiny! Looks so real Even has rust stains on the gate hinges.

This is a great model and runs very smooth. The details are of typical Mainline standards, but the price is great and adding more details later is simple. The decals also came off cleanly for freelance work! This will be a great show runner!
BLI HO Passenger Cars run nice and the details look good. MTS has good customer service. MHB
This kit was a little more complex than Design Preservation kits I have done in the past but the finished product looked really good. All the parts went together very nicely with the building detail being outstanding. The most difficult part was painting everything properly with paint brushes.
