The PERFECT steam engine. This ATSF 3759 Northern is exceptionally striking as it sits on the tracks. The detail is amazingly crisp and clear and it's just beautiful to look at. BLI went above and beyond with this engine and it is a Home Run and worth the price. I have 2 trains on my desk that I look at every day. A Mint glossy Lionel Postwar Jersey Central FM and now this N scale BLI 4-8-4 Santa Fe Steam. I am extremely happy with both.

My 3751 is among at least half a dozen of the same model ordered by me and other members of our model railroad club - ALL have had problems. Issues with the trailing locomotive truck derailing seem to be universal. Nearly everyone has reported noticeable duck-walking or stuttering/shuddering, particularly at low speeds. Defective/out-of-round wheelsets have had to be replaced on a couple of tenders. Mine came out of the box with one of the three pop-off valves missing. At least one member is in the process of returning his to the manufacturer for warranty repair or refund. In my opinion, this is not how a >$300 Stealth or >$450 Paragon 4 locomotive should perform out of the box. So, as they said in Ancient Rome, “caveat emptor”.

This car is well executed. The paint is nicely applied and matches up with the prototype. I run it frequently.
Th[s car arrived in tip top shape. It is painted in just the right scheme and the paint is properly applied. I applied a light coat of weathering and put it into service right away.
Upon arrival I was quite pleased with this model. I gave it a slight amount of weathering and put it in service on my railroad. the paint was nicely applied and was just as BN had painted their cars of this type. I am running it almost daily.
Gorgeous and very well detailed engine.

As already stated by other this IS easy to work with! I hate drywall and "plaster" work so was apprehensive about using this product but it TRYULY is as easy as they make it sound! I used gloves ran fingers across the applied sheets to assure no little holes I could see (was sealing a water feature) and the process went smoothly! I'm very happy with the results!
Great track-fool proof if not too over bearing with it!
