Osborn Model Kits HO 1119 Paul's Depot Train Station Kit

This was my first structure for my layout. It is simple tab and slot construction and can be assembled just with some white glue. The most difficult part was affixing the windows, but even that was easier than I expected. It doesn't need to be painted.

The station reminded me of the station we had in Milford, CT. I loved the cut out process, it made extracting the pieces easy to remove, and the tabbed assembly made it easy to go together. The burnt wood smell is wonderful. If you have an Osborn Model Kit catalogue, Please email to me.Thanks

This kit was one of the worst I've received ever. The laser cutting by manufacturer was incomplete, i had to struggle with it was a hobby knife. Also, the pieces for the bay window were too long in height, and there were FOUR cutouts at top and bottom that were complete mysteries. The cutouts measures approx. 1/8 by 1/4 inch. Fortunately i found pieces of the spru that half blocked the abcesses. UNHAPPY

This was my first kit. It was well constructed and instructions were easy to follow. Not happy with all of my painting but that is on me and not the kit!On my layout this made a nice rural depot for excursion trains.
