Monroe Models N 9204 Jurgens Junk Yard

The rear wall is a cast resin that is supposed to resemble a lap board siding but the casting was poor and required an exacto to clean out the lines between the boards. The instructions are ok for an experienced modeler but several areas could be confusing to a novice. They provide two 3 sections of fencing which does not make a large enough yard enclosure for the scrap pile they include. There is plenty of fencing/roofing material in the kit but not the fence framing. Emailed the company about obtaining more fence frame but they never responded. Had to fabricate my own fence frame to get enough for a reasonable yard enclosure. Interesting building, but in my opinion over priced for what you get. Would not be on my recommended list for anyone else.

It was a pleasure to build. Parts fit great. Looks great on the layout. Lots of detail parts and a great look. Added some lights from Dwarvin fiber optics, set the building off perfectly. One of my favorite buildings on my layout.
