Lionel O 6-81952 FasTrack O72 Right Hand Remote Command Switch Track

I bought 3 of these 2 years ago. They held up ok. I had one that the light stopped working in the switch control lever. no big deal. The look great. switch very reliably. I did have a few issues with my older lionel engines, they were picking the switch, the front guide wheels for some reason do not like this switch. My newer legacy equipment works like a champ. I did a little research on how to improve the performance with older trains, this appears to be a thing. I saw marginal improvement. I'm going all legacy so I;m not too worried. Overall I recommend the switch and gave it 4 out of 5.

I hear people complaints about Fastrack switches but any hobbies should know that you have to fiddle with things to make them function exactly like you want. Spent 5 minutes fiddling and works perfectly the way I want!

Real nice switch, but I found out the hard way that you absolutely must have a straight section coming into the curve. 5 is plenty, but you can't use this as part of a circle. My trains derailed almost every time until I added a short straight section. Then it was 100% after that.
