Kato N 20027-1 Unitrack Crossing Gate and Rerailing Track, 4-7/8" Track Section

Just what the doctor ordered, additional crossing options.

Everything was great

A great addition to a rural road scene on a branch line. It's a non-operating system
but it completes the scene,

The simple and a lot cheaper version of the Kato automated road rail crossing. This version has no fancy electronics to make the gates work and the price tag shows that. I have four of these already and may get more for my N scale Kato empire. If so desire, you can spruce them up a little with detailed painting. But for me they are mostly adequate enough as is.

The gates came well wrapped and protected. I had been looking for them but Kato was out of stock.
