Bowser HO 43148 40' Box Car, Buffalo Creek #1602

The second BCK "Special Weevil Control" flour hauling boxcar I purchased to service some of my layout industries. It looks and runs great whether in a train, a yard or a siding.

This car made by Bowser is a great item for enthusiasts of BCF and the railroad industry surrounding Buffalo. Well made and at a fair price.

The Bowser 40' boxcar is a fine looking car that runs well right out of the box. The metal wheels are very free rolling and the Kadee couplers are much appreciated. I purchased this BCR boxcar car and a second one for flour service to some of my layout industries. The small writing next to the door specifies this a weevil control car, do not contaminate, return to Buffalo for flour loading which I'd never seen before hence the title of the review.
