The switch is not very realiable. I have a few locos which derailed after installing it. I had to modify it in order to work. I wouldn't expect this from a EZ Track system since it is Plug and Play. Also the the manual throw of the switch doesn't work sometime. Then you have to pull the frog manually. Using the electrical switch it does work well. The frog has no spring to hold the frog in place. I expected a little more for the money

It isn't the best mechanism and doesn't always activate if you flip the switch too quickly, but it works well enough for the price.

Nothing at all wrong with the turnout, however the lead wire that goes from the track section to the remote switch will not stay plugged in by itself. So it needs to be plugged back in and held in place every time the switch is used. Somewhat annoying.

A nice section of track. I like the way the switch machine is hidden in the roadbed underneath the track. Looks great too!
