Atlas N 70000103 Signal Type G, Double Head

The Atlas double head signal is very finely detailed, and it looks incredibly nice! The height, ladder, post and signal as a whole are likely close to prototypical. The LED lights look very nice, although I suspect the signal hood is larger than the prototype. I'm anxious to install and see the signals operate on my upcoming layout. I'm unable to thoroughly evaluate the product because I've purchased my signals (eight so far) ahead of the completion of my new layout, so I haven't yet installed the signals. Availability/supply chain issues have made it nearly impossible to obtain all the partner components for the signals to properly operate in order to give it a complete evaluation. Atlas has sold out a critical component needed to fully automate the signal. Hopefully availability issues will be addressed soon, because I'd really like to see these very fine-looking signals (all eight and more to come) activated on my new layout! Very likely I would give this double head signal a Five Star review, but I have to give it four at this time.

Looks great ! I only wish you did not have to buy the signal board for every light .

I am using the Atlas N Scale Signals for all my layout. Already have 20 and will purchase more. Very prototypical and well made. Using single head, double head , bi-directional. Hoping Atlas will offer ground signals and signal bridges in the future to match up with this system.

I have not implemented the Atlas signal system on my layout yet, as I cannot get the parts needed. What I have done is mock up section of track on a section of 1X4. The system works great. It is pricey.
