Atlas N 2081 Code 55 Double Track Through Plate Girder Bridge Kit

This is a lovely bridge with the complex prototype construction mirrored with an extremely easy snap together construction with eight screws for extra strength. It includes the required bridge girders, bridge ties, flooring and guard rails. It also keeps the standard 1.25” double track spacing. It is a really nice Atlas kit at a reasonable price.

Some assembly required. This is an outstanding girder bridge. Goes together with 8 small screws. Requires no glue whatsoever. Excellent for those of you who prefer a no hassle, no mess model. Outstanding fit, looks very prototypical. Code 55 has my full endorsement, looks so real it's scary. A must have!

This bridge kit has very fine details such as individual rivets. The kit comes in 9 pieces that are assembled with screws (included). Build the bridge as designed or use the pieces to make a variation of your own!Parts list:- bag of 8 micro screws and 4 code 55 rail joiners- 2 6-inch track pieces with bridge ties and continuous guide rails (ties and guide rails are molded as 1 piece)- 3 girders: 130mm long, 14.5mm tall (2 ends, 1 middle)- 4 stringers: 31mm wide (2 top, 2 bottom)The girders and stringers are molded in black.

I purchased these for a mine area of my layout that has a stream near it. 4 tracks leading into and around the mine. After the assembly of these double girder bridges I think they will work just fine. I just need to weather them a little bit and install. Seem to be a perfect fit for my layout.

Easy to assemble. Looks very good. Just what I was looking for. Chose the unlettered version so I could decal it for my chosen railroad.
