Great Proto model which can be used as is, or form the basis for kitbashing. The ends and sides are separate to the body of the car which makes kitbashing a lot easier. Comes with a packet of grab irons. Comes with moving coupler pockets for small radius curves, or its easy to install body mounted couplers for extra realism if you have larger curves. The model comes with electrical pickups built in so its easy to add a decoder and add lighting. I've bought several of these Budd baggage cars, and will likely get a couple more.

Nicely detailed replacement truck for passenger cars. Great for kit bashing when the passenger car you're kitbashing doesn't have the correct truck. The truck comes factory ready with electrical pickup, just connect wires to the screws that hold the truck together.

II am very pleased with these tents for my Boy Scout camp in the woods. It was simple to paint them and lightly weather them. They're going to be a highlight in the woods.

I can't remember how many pieces of this track I have used in constructing my 20' x 21' layout. This track works wonders as it snakes through my scenery. I'm sure the number is somewhere near 100 pieces. I love the way it looks and how well my trains run on it. It's my track of choice.

I've always been fond of Preiser HO figures for their exquisite details and painting. This set of six walking railway travelers is no exception. Clothing is appropriately rumpled and highlighted with contrasting colors for coats, shirts, bags and shoes. Realistic skin tones and natural poses bring these figures to life. While Preiser figures cost a bit more, they are worth it when they bring your model railroad scene to life.

The Walthers 933-3147 Trestle with Deck Girder Bridge Kit is a very nice plastic kit that builds a 15.5" x 4" x 4" trestle and bridge. It can be assembled as either a straight trestle with no center bridge or a trestle with a central deck girder bridge. It's molded in gray styrene with 9 premade 4" x 4" 5-post trestle bents that must have their cross bracing added. The deck girder bridge is comprised of 2 long side pieces and 3 short center pieces that for the bridge section when glued together. Separate wood abutments are provided for each end of the trestle. The deck girder bridge can theoretically be located anywhere between 4 of the bents. When using the bridge, the 4 bents where the bridge will go are glued together to form two double bents. The kit includes the deck ties as one molded piece with alignment grooves for proper rail spacing. Alternatively, one can use Walthers 948-83004 Code 83 NS Bridge Track Set i place of the ties included in the kit. Multiple trestle and bridge kits can be combined to make a longer trestle if desired. It is suitable for most model railroad eras though the lack of railings and water barrels would be more modern than old time trestles.

A routine purchase.

The SP&S Alcpo FB looks great and ran beautifully. It's companion FA ran very jerky, and quit. The Model Train Stuff crew responded immediately to my complaint, and have found me a replacement. No worries! I will keep using them.
