Built by Montreal Locomotive Works for the Canadian Northern Railway, these 4-6-0s were a light, general-purpose locomotive perfectly suited for freight or passenger work across the entire CNR system. Their smaller wheel configuration made them very versatile and well liked. The H-6-d and H-6-gs lasted in regular service until the late-1950s, with four being preserved. H-6-g 1392 continues to run at the Alberta Railway Museum. Number 1551 (ex-1354) operated on the Ohio Central and is now stored at the Age of Steam Roundhouse in Ohio.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Rapido","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":42808641486930,"sku":"RPI-603021-PRE","price":48.61,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0581\/3410\/2098\/files\/h6g_render.jpg?v=1792038497","url":"https:\/\/modeltrainstuff.com\/products\/preorder-rapido-ho-603021-h-6-g-4-6-0-standard-dc-ohio-central-1551-black","provider":"Model Train Stuff","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
