Here's How Our Simple Preorder Process Works:

Identifying Preorder Items: Products available for preorder are clearly marked with "PREORDER" at the beginning of their title. This makes it easy for you to distinguish between in-stock items and future reservations.
Securing Your Reservation: You can reserve any preorder item with just a 10% deposit of the final purchase price. This deposit ensures that our team places a firm order with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable and will not be credited to store credit, as it goes toward covering the cost of the uncollected reservation.
Finalizing Your Order: As your reserved product approaches its shipping date, we'll send you an email notification. This email will include a link for you to pay the remaining balance of your invoice, which covers the rest of the purchase price, sales tax, and shipping charges. At this stage, you'll also choose your preferred shipping method and provide your shipping address.
Shipping Your Preorder: Once your invoice is fully paid, your preorder is on its way to you! Get ready to enjoy your new addition to your model train collection.
